I wouldn't accept this as related. One of the benefits of localized steroid application in a small site is it is works where needed but is not absorbed to a significant degree into the bloodstream. As such it has no significant effect on other distant sites.

You are wright, breakthrough bleeding is related to the BCP you are taking, if you take them every day the same time on an empty stomach and you notice BTB for more than 2 cycles you need most likely to try another BCP. The Nasonex is not responsible.
