When i take 2 tylenol 500 mg my blood pressure rises and my pulse is that normal?my blood pressure right now is 173 0ver70 and pulse 73?

I suspect that the reason you are taking Tylenol is to control some pain. Pain is known to elevate the blood pressure. Tylenol usually does not. Your elevation is of the systolic blood pressure. Speak to your PCP or cardiologist to review treatment options.
