This is little risk of pregnancy in this situation, but not zero risk. Couples who use condoms as their only contraceptive method have much higher rates of unintended pregnancy than for hormonal contraception or IUDs, even if they remain very careful and have no known episodes of condom failure. Condoms are better for STI prevention than they are for contraception.
