Major concern: 26 yo female with breast changes. "drawing down" suggests a forced change in the shape of your breast. That would raise concern for some process inside the breast that is abnormal. You should see your doctor to evaluate for need of mammogram and ultrasound for structural abnormalities in that breast. Do it soon!
