Ages ago, friend had wart-like thing on eyelid and her eye got swollen. several days or weeks after her, i got sm on eyelid and my eye got swollen. after a week my eye got cured. could this be hpv and do i have it in me still and am contagious?

What you described is more consistent with a stye, a bacterial infection of the gland in the eyelid. Get HPV vaccine. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
