I been couching and chest hurt and runny nose and both ears hurt? i been drinking hot tea and having the loss poop. i do have diabetes my sugar was at 8:00am was 195 and at 12pm was 292. please write back thank you?

There may be more than one issue. You may have a cold or Covid. It is not feasible to know without testing you. Your diabetes is not under control and you may need adjustment to your diet and/or medication. It would be prudent to see your doctor for both of these issue.
