No need to worry - the pill goes into your stomach. then has to traverse your entire small intestine and then your Colin. This takes 24-48 hours. The Plan b is absorbed within 20-30 minutes of you taking it, so no need to worry at all. Do recommend seeing your local OB if you are going to be sexually active to discuss all contraception options for long term use and which may be best for you.

A bowel movement right after the pill was taken is likely a reflex, and will have no bearing on the pill being absorbed appropriately into the system. Be sure to use a form of contraception that will head off using this medication another time.
