No, this should not be happening in general. If you have a bloody nose, or had one recently, you may swallow some of the blood, which is irritating to the stomach and then may throw that up. However, if this is not the case, I would recommend you consult with your doctor, or if this has happened multiple times in a row, be seen in an ER.
