It is difficult to use "ovulation phase" of a menstrual cycle with documented "PCOS", as ovulation is usually absent. Prometrium 200mg for 5 days and then stopping will usually precipitate bleeding from degenerating endometrial tissue, which can assist in prevention of cytologic changes in endometrium which precede endometrial cancer. Consult your GYN for appropriate intervals.
