Cramping is a common early pregnancy symptom and usually nothing to worry about. Aches, twinges, and pulling or stretching muscle pain are typical and differ in length and intensity between people. This is extremely common at this stage of pregnancy largely due to the growing uterus. If the pain gets more intense or located just on one side it may be worthwhile being checked
