Maybe. Pregnancy has been documented on any day of a woman's cycle including during menses. It is more common mid cycle, but any exposure makes it possible. There are no SAFE days. That's just a myth. You must decide if the condom leaked. It only takes one successful sperm to get pregnant.

Agree with Dr. Ferguson. If you have any concern and sex occurred less than 72 hours ago, you may want to take morning after pill (Plan B) to prevent pregnancy.
