One simple method is to load some petroleum jelly on the tip of an ear bud and insert it in the outlet the depth of the cotton & spin it to prompt an evacuation. There are also infant glycerin suppositories that can prompt the same effect.

Most of the time you can stimulate a poop by putting KY jelly on a Q-tip, inserting just the cotton part in her rectum, and then gently rotate the Q-tip to relax the anal sphincter. Also, make sure not dehydrated and could give a few ounces of straight apple or prune juice to help soften stools as well. Not an uncommon problem as infant's begin solid foods.
