You would still be able to have kids with only 1 testicle. However, it is important to find out what is wrong with your testicle before removing it. What if the pain really isn’t in the testicle itself, for example? If you have not seen a urologist, you need to do that ASAP. If you were seen by urology and no diagnosis was made, seek a second opinion with another urologist, perhaps at a university
