Usually it could be viral warts or cysts related to blocked pore or infected hair follicle. It will be best if you could see a surgeon/ Gastroenterologist/ Dermatologist/ primary care doctor to make a doctor and treatment. Most conditions are annoying but not lethal in general. Hope it helps.
