When do you start counting the days to know when your period is already 1 week late? im confused. my last mens was june 15th, so on july 22nd can that be considered as 1week delayed mens already? please help on how u count days to know if its late?

First day of bleeding of the previous cycle is day 1. If you had sex since your last period, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions carefully. Wish you good health!
