Id like to know , whats the best way in taking cipla actin . before meal or after meal?

The half life is the term we use to reflect when 1/2 the drug leaves your body. After ~4 half lives it is gone from the body. That said any appetite stimulant effect and or other antihistamine effect are rather stable whenever you take the drug. Daily regular use creates a steady amount in the bloodstream.

Cipla Actin may be taken with or without food. If the medication causes an upset stomach, it is recommended to take it with food.
