My daughter was born at 32 weeks. shell be 36 weeks in a few days. over the last week shes become much more alert and having good awake periods but is overall still sleepy. she still isnt cueing or interested in feeding. is this worrisome?

A feeding consult may be considered to assess her swallowing and latching mechanisms. Vomiting and spit ups may be due to GERD. Developmental milestones and catch up growth should be evaluated. Watch for lack of weight gain.
