My chest hurts after a while of sitting. i have a healthy heart and everything. it also hurts when i bend my spine over like in a hunched position. it's like a dull pain spread across my chest. it doesnt hurt when i cough or press on it. what is it?

With such positional discomfort the question is whether hunching over provokes a symptom arising from musculoskeletal structures, heart,lung,or esophagus. In the absence of any other associated symptoms, I favor a musculoskeletal cause involving the ribcage.
