Can achalasia be cured permanently,i v known that when i searched on google it show it cannot be completely cured but symptoms can be reduced,but i am hoping for my esophagus to turn back normal.plz i want a positive reply?

See a gastroenterologist, who may be able to do an imaging study (upper GI, fluoroscopy, etc) to determine the degree of impairment and treatment options.
