A member asked:

Just a question: can you still get an erection if you have penile fracture or other penile injury? and if still growing, does a bent penis bend more?

Penile fracture can only occur in an erect penis, most commonly during sex with with male lying on his back with partner on top. Is possible to have erections after penile fracture, but penis will be bent. Penile curvature, if present, can increase if subject is prepubertal or still growing.

The short answer is "yes" an erection is still possible, but sometimes it can be problematic. Please know a fractured penis requires urgent medical attention and often surgical repair is recommended. If left untreated and it's severe enough, it could result in difficulty maintaining erection and can result in a bent penis. And yes, a bent penis "can" bend more, but doesn't have to.
