Allergic shiners?: How long have you been getting enough sleep? One or two nights will not fix chronic sleep deprivation. Do you have allergies? That will also cause what are called allergic shiners.

Need better sleep: Being unconscious is not the same as sleeping well. The problem could with the quality of your sleep. If you don't feel rested after 8 or more hours of sleep, you may have a sleep disorder that is fragmenting your sleep.
