You can have a test for babies DNA that circulated in your blood as early as 9 wks which has been accepted by the court for paternity lawsuits. By ~14 wks you can do CVS or 16 wks, amniocentesis for more accurate results.

Agree with Dr. Ferguson. Man you had sex with on 16th 17th is more likely to be the father, however, you should get the tests done to be sure. You owe it to yourself, the child and the father. Wish you good health and a healthy baby!
