I have pain on both sides of both knees when i apply pressure to the area with my hands. doesn't hurt otherwise. i just returned from breckenridge, co. maybe high altitude-related? i live in colorado springs, co though?

Wondering what was different about your activity. It is quite possible that this represents irritation of ligaments or tendons in the area. If you were hiking , for instance, you could have caused a mild overuse of these structures. Unlikely this was due to altitude. It sould resolve quickly over the next few days with resumption of normal activity. If persistent, see your doctor.
