Headache for a few days, now have sore throat, sinus pressure, body aches, recent increase in bowel movements (stool is soft, but not liquid & is normal in color & smell) and i'm not all that hungry. any ideas?

the symptoms you have are most likely secondary to a sinus infection. The loss of appetite is most likely from a post nasal drainage that you are swallowing and causing you to lose you appetite. You can try a steroid nasal spray and a decongestant to decrease or stop the drainage. This may restore your ability to taste and your appetite. If this doesn’t improve see your PCP
