Dehydration may be an issue, as the body leaches out Potassium and Sodium during intense sweating. Body Fluid level decline can also cause tiredness as a result of hydration. If sweating stops and your skin is hot to the touch these are signs of possible heat stroke--and one needs to cool down, hydrate, and replenish electrolytes to avoid serious problems. Such a condition is an emergency.
