Unintentional weight loss has to be investigated by your physician to look for the cause. In the meantime consult a dietician at your local hospital who will critique your eating habits, determine what your ideal weight is and inform you what your daily calorie intake should be depending upon your average level of physical activity. Sample diets can be provided &adjusted if diabetes, etc is present

Unintended weight loss needs to be evaluated by a doctor. If you have lost your appetite, talk to your doctor about medicinal marijuana as it can improve appetite. If you are not taking anti-retroviral medication, doing that is a must. Wish you good health!
