I recently had high fever for 3 days and didn't feel up to getting out of bed and the pass 2 days no fever but feel groggy bad cough feel congested. its nerve wreaking i dnt know if its something serious or not?

Symptoms of pneumonia would be persistent fever, chills,sweats,chest pain on inspiration, cough with discolored sputum,shortness of breath. At this time your congested cough may be due to bronchitis. I recommend being examined by a physician to determine whether a chest x-ray and/or a course of appropriate antibiotic are advisable. You will also get peace of mind.

Also, just to be safe and complete when you get a pneumonia evaluation, also obtain a COVID-19 test.
