No: Once you have stopped growing, and are skeletally mature, it is unlikely the bone deformity will worsen or change. There are a few unlikely exceptions to this.

Not necessarily. You may remain asymptomatic for ever as long as the caving in does not deteriorate. You need to check with your doctor periodically. Good luck.
