If i have checked for my chest because i am getting pain in chest . i have done 2d echo and reports are normal still i have chest pain what is the cause of pain in chest? my weight lost without doing anything my head is spinning and feeling dizzy?

Most proper diagnoses are made with a basic history and physical exam, none of which is available here. The H&P determines whether studies like an echo are even needed. I would go back to the doc and review your symptoms in detail after which s/he may decide if other studies are needed or just start trial of therapy for what appears to be the problem.

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Unintended weight loss is a cause for concern and it would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!
