Pain after ejaculation in a young male is most likely secondary to prostatitis.This can be cofirmed by the following tests. Digital rectal examination , microscopic exam of the ejaculate and a prostatic sonogram. a course of antibiotics is required if the ejaculate shows a lot of white cells, sitting in hot tub will help the symptoms mean while.
