Uneven circumcision is not cause for penile curvature unless too much skin was removedon same side as curve occurs. Questioning need for recircumcision suggests that some excess foreskin remains, if so, curvature is how your penis was formed originally & is now obvious as you have gone thru puberty. Revision might be considered if curve-sided skin is tight & not loose when erect, otherwise not.
