no not normal. Causes: cystitis most likely. Bladder cancer, kidney stones are a few others. But your local doctor can help you find the cause.

Those cells are few in number and may not mean much. It may not be a clean catch urine specimen. If there are no bladder symptoms, I would not give these findings much significance. Certainly a urine culture showing a bacterial colony count more than 100,000 would make me take pause and consider a uti. This diagnosis is more certain if the patient is symptomatic
