A member asked:

What is the best way to treat multiple sclerosis?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Best approach is using multidisciplinary combination approach. Basic is high potency disease modifying treatment. Vitamin D supplements, aerobic exercise, Swank diet, stress management, appropriate vaccinations (especially, flu vaccine), close attention from an experienced neurologist with treatment of relapses as needed. There are no two similar patients, so, often programs are varied.
