A chest image is perhaps indicated to determine if there is a pneumonia. Prolonged fever may occur with COVID 19. Watch for signs of shortness of breath, cough and please follow up with your PCP. The patient should stay well hydrated and rest. Observe closely for changes while in self isolation.
