My cat scratched my breast, it isn't deep but skin definitely was broken and caused pain. should i be worried?

Wash with soap and water, pat dry, apply antibiotic ointment. Get a tetanus booster if you haven't had one in 10 years. Observe for spreading redness, increased pain or development of fever. Call your physician if any of these occur or if you have any further questions.
