If you menses are delayed, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy. Sperm can co-exist without full ejaculation, and "plan B " is not 100% preventive of pregnancy. Pain on one side may indicate an ovarian cyst, infection, or even a pregnancy outside the uterus, so see your gyn provider for an exam and other testing.
