A member asked:

If only sperm cells without any fluid goes into woman then do vaginal acidity has more disastrous effect on sperms then when they are in fluid?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depending on the "vaginal acidity" , a large number of active sperm are killed , but with a normal sperm count documented, the resulting number of sperm should be sufficient for pregnancy, if female factors (tubal patency , ovulation) is also normal.
