For the past months, i have been tracking my menstrual cycles. when my period starts, i have extremely severe cramps that sometimes make me throw up. also, my cycles vary each month (38d, 37d, 38d, 29d, 42d, 32d). what could be the problem?

You should see your gyn doctor, especially to address your severe cramps. Sometimes, birth control pills can be prescribed to lessen the cramps and regulate your cycles. So, see your gynecologist for an evaluation and discuss what treatment will work best for you. Good luck!
