A member asked:

If sperms entered into the women tract so can we say that after 2-3 months not even a single sperm cell is present in the body? and all sperms are cleared out ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Sperm are generally thought to be able to survive up to 5 days inside a woman’s body. Those sperm that do not survive should gradually leave with normal vaginal discharge and with menstrual flow.
