I've been feeling like i've been kicked in the nuts but it only hurts on the right side, mostly occurs whenever i'm about to sit or at random times?

Perhaps nothing is wrong, but possibly testicular torsion -- twisting of the testicle stalk. Torsion is most common in teens and is especially likely the testicle is tender to touch when painful, or if elevated (higher than normal) in the scrotal sac. Torsion can rapidly progress and destroy the testicle by cutting off its blood supply. Don't mess around with this: see a urologist. Good luck.
