If your self sex leaves you absent the potential joy of partner intimacy, it may help if you find a life coach/therapist to explore why you do not seek it. Learning skills to deal with stress or interpersonal encounters may open your understanding of the feelings you have. When you understand yourself you may be able to open up to others in a different way.

Excessive masturbtion will dimish sexual desire. Find a loving partner and quit mastubating. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
