Hi.i have a sore neck next to my throat,mild headache,extreme loss of appetite,a little mucus in my throat,fatigue,ears ringing,sore back muscles (no coughing). i was in a tb infected area 3 months ago. can this possibly be tb or symptoms of the flu?

Possible (to both). Need to see a (good) Internist or Infectious Diseases doc, get a complete history and exam. (ER, Urgent Care, Teledoc won’t do)

Would add, in our current medical environment, make sure you do a PCR test to rule out COVID-19, as another cause. Your physician should be able to sore out the differential diagnosis.
