What did your dentist advised when ruling out it was not warts? Also who is "someone" you are referring to--is it a non-medical friend witha similar experience, or someone in another medical field, maybe? An ENT is an ear-nose-throat specialist, and if you have the tip-of-tongue area to be examined, likely the next Dr to see is an oral surgeon. If your dentist is unsure, usually you're referred.

You have asked about your oral bumps several times -- maybe even ten times? You'll never get better answers than you have had. The vast majority of bumps in the mouth are not warts and not related to HPV. If doubt remains, there's always the option of biopsy. But no forum like this ever can confirm that you do or don't have oral warts, so there's no point in continued questions. Good luck.
