Why are you taking this medication? Talk to the doctor who prescribed it. It would be okay to stop taking it while waiting to see your doctor. Quit using tobacco, weed and alcohol. A common Isotretinoin side effect ,ie dry lips, dry tongue abd dry throat. Reduce your dose to every other day until the hoarseness disappears, then slowly up the dose over a few weeks.
