Wake up coughing and vomiting only when sleeping I do this almost every day for 6 month and if I fall asleep sitting it comes out nose liqued only?
For the past few months at least twice weekly I have been waking up with puddles of liquid vomit coming out of my nose. Its always a lot I wake up about 35 % of the time. Just curious what this is and what to do about-especially sleeping on my back?
