Does the moderna vaccine produce enough antibodies against the south african variant?

We have little data on the issue since it is not a florid strain yet in most of the US where the Maderna vaccine is in use. It is likely partially protective (from severe disease) but may not be as preventative. The company is working on incorporating the alteration seen in the variant into a new vaccine. What you mean by "enough" is not clear from your post.
