I read on an internet search that having vision problems and/or breast secretions in addition to a missed or late period can be connected. i have all of the above, what could be the problem? i di have a normal period last month + no intercourse after?

Avoid Dr. Google. Only use uptodate.com is my recommendation for reliable medical information. One possible connection would be a pituitary tumor secreting prolactin and pushing on optic tract but there are many other causes. Discuss with a family Dr now would be good start.
