I recently found that i have been drinking around 5.2 liters of water a day. and i do this because my mouth is always thirsty. i googled and found out that i have been drinking too much water. what do i do?

Slow down gradually. Your kidneys are accustomed to the excess and will continue to throw away water at the same rate until it adjusts to less intake. When you pee only every 6-8 hrs you are taking i enough fluid for normal health.
