Brief withdrawal bleeding can indicate irregular hormonal effects, and ovulation delays or absence. Pregnancy is of course also possible. Obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy, and see your gyn provider for an exam and additional testing (blood tests and ultrasound).
