Medicare &/or Medicaid both can cover urology care. Not every urologist accepts Medicare or Medicaid patients because reimbursement is usually less than in private practice or private insurance. Suggest you contact local urologist offices and ask whether or not they accept Medicare/Medicaid. You can just call their offices & find out. Good Luck
